Belfast music week

It’s Belfast music week and there’s lots going on.

Tonight we are hoping to get over to the Pavilion to see The Thin Air Showcase

As part of this year’s Belfast Music Week we will hold a special showcase featuring some of the country’s finest songwriting talent at Belfast’s Pavilion on Wednesday, November 13.

Headlining by Derry-based singer-songwriter Chris McConaghy AKA Our Krypton Son (pictured), the bill will also feature fast-rising Belfast-based band Arborist, Derry quartet The Wood Burning Savages and frontman of Belfast indie rock band Seven Summits, Rory Nellis.

Tomorrow night is the Belfast Music Week showcase in the Limelight with bands like Arborist, Girls Names, Go Wolf and David C. Clements to name but a few of the 12 selected.

A select performance of 12 of our most promising local bands, chosen by local media and international music professionals. This event will be attended by a series of industry visitors.

Doors 7pm, first act 8pm. Admission free for this event by registering
